The proposal envisages that the total amount of receipts and expenditures is EUR 2,384 billion. The 2019 budget will feature faster revenue growth than expenditures, thus achieving a declining budget deficit trend - from an estimated 3.8 percent in 2018 to 2.97 percent in 2019...
