AGREEMENT ON MUTUAL COOPERATION IN INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT WITH STATE BORDER

Article 1
Goals

Pursuant to this Agreement, basical principles of cooperation in performing of duties from their competences regarding border and border crossings between : Ministry of Interior and Public Administration, Police Directorate, Customs Directorate, Veterinarian Directorate and Phitosanitary Control (hereinafter: Parties Signatories, shall be established.
Cooperation pursuant to paragraph 1, thereof is specifically concerning:

- harmonization of work and promoting of cooperation between authorities which perform control of crossing of the State border and protect border,
- establishing of joint task teams,
- carrying out of joint actions and other activities,
- offering of experts and technical assistance and equipment share,
- joint education and specialization,
- cooperation with other bodies and International cooperation,

ACTION PLAN FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STRATEGY FOR INTEGRATED MIGRATION MANAGEMENT IN MONTENEGRO FOR PERIOD 2008.-2009.

Migrations as social phenomenon, do not imply to permanent process of moving, and are in the middle of political, economic and security interests, not only in Europe, but also in the whole World.

In Tampere in 1999, European Council established elements of strategy for implementation of joint migration politics including overall approach to migration phenomenon at political, economic, security levels and at respect of human rights level with aim to manage migration flows in more quality way.

Strategic orientation of Montenegro towards association and integration into the EU is particularly expressed through signing of the Stabilization and Association Agreement between European Community and its member states and Montenegro, adoption of the National Plan for Integration of Montenegro into the EU (NPI) for period 2008-2012, and signing variety of international documents.

In that context, with aim of setting legal, regulatory and institutional frames for successful control of migration flows politics implementation, Montenegro adopted Strategy for Integrated Migration Management in Montenegro for period 2008.-2013, in accordance with EU standards and best practice of countries from the Region. Statement from Interior Ministry Spokesman Branko Bulatovic

Within a comprehensive police investigation conducted in order to discover the perpetrator of the killing of Disko Jovanovic, I can confirm that the police have found the car which is believed to be the one from which shots were fired at Jovanovic. It is a dark blue Volkswagen Golf III. The automatic weapons most probably used in the killing have been found in the car.
In cooperation with the state prosecutor and the investigative judge, the police will continue with intense investigation, and, for the sake of the investigation, I cannot reveal any more details. More
