According to the document, INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS, Point 13, Additional information before the deadline for submission of tenders we sent you the questions of the tenderers, and answer to the tenderers from the Ministry of Health of Montenegro.

Questions:

Request for an additional clarification about public procurement REF 002 T2015 Supply of the medical equipment for the Airport Podgorica
According to Instruction to tenderers, Clause 13, Additional information before the deadline for submission of tenders, we are free to ask You to clarify the following:
In the Technical specification of the requested equipment, last requirement as for the Defibrillator “Controller defibrillation for pressure and speed” is quite incomprehensible.
Does the purchaser, meant by a module that is incorporate in the device. The purpose of this module is to measure the depth and frequency of chest compressions performed on victim.
Please, be so kind to clarify this as soon as possible.

Answer:

In accordance with your request, we want inform You that In the Technical specification of the requested equipment, last requirement for the Defibrillator “Controller defibrillation for pressure and speed” is need to be part of the same device.
This Controller defibrillation for pressure and speed can’t be separated device and also can‘t be from other producer.
