Public Invitation for international pre-qualification of investors interested for assigning the concession in accordance with BOT arrangementfor usage of water for bottle packing in commercial purposes

On the grounds of the Article 6. passage 2. of the Regulation on the method and conditions for asigning the concession for usage of drinking water, agriculture, industry, public utilities and such purposes ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro",no. 32/03), the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Montenegro, places

for international pre-qualification of investors interested for assigning the concession in accordance with BOT arrangement
for usage of water for bottle packing in commercial purposes


The subject of concession is usage of the part of waters for packing in bottles from the following springs:

1) “Alipašini izvori” Plav Municipality – south from Gusinje in the valley of Grlja river (940 m/altitude), around 10 l/s;
2) “Vrela Tunjeva-Milojevićka vrela”, Niksic Municipality Tunjevo, in the northwestern part of Bjelopavlić valley (60-70 m/altitude), around 10 l/s;
3) “Vrelo”, Rozaje Municipality – in the region of Kosmatica (1400 m/altitude), around 1 l/s;
4) “Jasen”, Bar Municipality – around 7 km north from Bar towards Virpazar (660 m/altitude) of 0,4 – 1 l/s;
5) “Djedov izvor”, Kolasin Municipality – Radigojno (around 980 m/altitude) of 0,2-1 l/s...
