Austria and Slovakia decided Monday to send humanitarian aid to flood-affected areas in Montenegro, in response to a call for help from the Montenegrin Defence Ministry to the Euro-Atlantic Disaster Response Coordination Centre (EADRCC).
The Greek humanitarian aid shipment reached Montenegro in the night between 5 and 6 December.
Military and civilian rescue teams continue to distribute relief to the flood-hit communities, evacuate victims and build embankments.
