Memorandum on education signed with Slovenia

Montenegro and the Republic of Slovenia signed a Memorandum on education at the training center of Maribor.

The Memorandum envisages training of captain Milan Bigovic at senior military and graduate studies in Ljubljana. This scholarship is a part of a plan of bilateral cooperation between the two Ministries of Defence, and according to the Memorandum Slovenia, CPE for NATO in Montenegro, will provide a one-year scholarship for the Montenegrin officer.

The Memorandum was signed by the Defence Attaché in Ljubljana Captain Branislav Kekovic and the Commander of the teaching center of Maribor (DDETC) Colonel Bojan Pokrajc. An identical Memorandum was also signed with Macedonia, whose officer will be educate in Slovenia by the same program.

Beginning of the training is planned for June 6 2011, and it will last until 30 September 2012.
