Podgorica, Montenegro (21 June, 2011) -- By creating a transparent, secure and stable environment, Montenegro stands a good chance of becoming a regional hub for investment, US Ambassador to Montenegro Sue K. Brown said during her talks with Deputy Prime Minister Vujica Lazović.
She reiterated that Montenegro, as a country with a clear vision and strategy for its future development, can count on US full support in this regard.
The two officials emphasised the necessity of undertaking additional efforts to upgrade economic cooperation between the two countries, expressing satisfaction with the past cooperation with leading US companies in the field of information society.
Ambassador Brown and DPM Lazović also discussed the possibility of US trade delegation’s visit to Montenegro, which would create an excellent opportunity for concrete cooperation and intensification of economic relations.
