Minister Vucinic extends condolences to the Kingdom of Norway

Minister of Defence Boro Vucinic sent a telegram of condolences to Minister of Defence of the Kingdom of Norway Grete Faremo on the tragic consequences of terrorist attacks in Oslo and Utøya Island.
The telegram states:
"On behalf of the Ministry of Defence and my personal behalf, I wish to extend my condolences for the terrible tragedy that befell the friendly Norwegian people. We strongly condemn this act of terrorism, and I can assure you that the Montenegrin people stand with you in dealing with these difficult challenges and threats. Together with our international allies we will continue to fight terrorism in all its forms."
The telegram states:
