New York: PM Lukšić attends Clinton's Global Initiative's annual meeting

New York, USA (20 September 2011) -- At the invitation of the Clinton's Global Initiative (CGI) President, former US President Bill Clinton, Prime Minister Igor Lukšić takes part in the 7th CGI's annual meeting in New York.

The initiative brings together heads of state and governments and world leaders in the fields of business and NGO sector to discuss global challenges, economic growth, increasing jobs, education, energy and environmental protection.

Among others, this year's CGI meeting is attended by the US President Barack Obama, European Commission’s President Jose Manuel Barroso and former Prime Minister of Great Britain Tony Blair.
