Paris, France (3 November 2011) – United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) delegates elected on 2 November Montenegro among the executive board of this specialised UN agency for the period 2011-2015.
Montenegro’s election to the executive board confirms its firm commitment to the values and principles of UNESCO, as well as Montenegro’s traditional role in promoting cooperation among different cultures, languages and religions and its contribution to peace and inter-cultural dialogue in South-Eastern Europe...
