Austria’s Robert Plazcek AG submits sole bid for lease of Bigovo–Trašte site (Bay of Kotor)

Podgorica, Montenegro (11 March 2014) – Austria’s Robert Plazcek Holding Aktiengesellschaft submitted the sole bid in the international public tender for the long-term lease of the former military base Bigovo–Trašte (Bay of Kotor area), Montenegro’s Tender Committee for valorisation of tourism locations stated in its press release on Monday.

A working team was set up to evaluate the Robert Plazcek’s offer, the press release read.

Tender for the long-term lease of the site, designated for the construction of a luxury tourist complex, was called on 6 December 2013.
