Commission for Coordination of celebrating centenary of First World War: Commemoration of 100th anniversary of Battle of Mojkovac

Podgorica, Montenegro (3 December 2015) – At yesterday’s session, the Commission for Coordination of celebrating the centenary of the First World War chaired by the Prime Minister Milo Đukanović decided to hold a gala ceremony on the occasion of 100th anniversary of the Battle of Mojkovac in the municipality of Mojkovac on 7 January 2016.
Opening remarks on the activities carried out so far and further requirements on the occasion of this important Montenegrin jubilee were given by the Council’s member and president of the municipality of Mojkovac Dejan Medojević.
The Council commended the local authorities for the engagement in this process and established a working group for the preparation of the central event where the Prime Minister Milo Đukanović will deliver a speech.
