Public Consultations for the Draft Report of the Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment for the Program of Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbons Offshore Montenegro

This is to notify the public that in the period 28 December 2015 to 25 February 2016 the following will take place
Public Consultations for the Draft Report of the Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment for the Program of Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbons Offshore Montenegro
In accordance with the Conclusions of the Government of Montenegro, number 08-2914, adopted on 17 December 2015, the Ministry of Economy is tasked to prepare a Draft report of the Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment for the Program of Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbons Offshore Montenegro. The Draft Program of Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbons Offshore Montenegro contains a plan of future activities for exploration and production of hydrocarbons offshore Montenegro in accordance with the Law on Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbons (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 41/10 and 62/13).
All interested entities are invited to submit their comments and suggestions until 25 February 2016 to the email address: info@mek.gov.me or at the address: Ministry of Economy, Rimski trg 46, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro, attention Ljiljana Maksimović.
The central roundtable as part of public consultations will take place in Podgorica. Apart from its, roundtables will also be organised in Bar and Kotor. Dates, time and venue of round tables will be communicated at later date.
