DPM Marković to attend working breakfast on civil service competency framework

Podgorica, Montenegro (4 October 2016) -- Deputy Prime Minister for Political System, Foreign and Interior Policy Duško Marković will speak at the breakfast on the occasion of the introduction of the civil service competency framework in Montenegro tomorrow, on 5 October 2016. A Head of the Delegation of the EU to Montenegro Aivo Orav will also speak in the introduction.

A working breakfast, organised by the Human Resources Management Authority in cooperation with SIGMA OECD, will be held at the Hilton Hotel in Podgorica, starting at 9:00 PM.

Public Relations Service of the Government of Montenegro will provide the media with photos and video recording of the DPM's speech.
