Police Authority: Media claims about several mass fights at polling stations in Rožaje are untrue

Podgorica, Montenegro (16 October 2016) – Media claims that there had been several mass fights at polling stations in the municipality of Rožaje are untrue, the Police Authority of Montenegro notes in its press statement.

Police were also informed that one person had tried to enter forcefully, carrying a camera, the headquarters of the Democratic Party of Socialists in the municipality of Bijelo Polje.

Police officials will inform the competent authorities about the incidents and act upon the request of prosecutors in these cases, the press statement stresses.
