Government of Montenegro adopts Decision on Issuance of Government Bonds

Podgorica, Montenegro (4 November 2016) -- The Government of Montenegro adopted the Decision on issuance of government bonds on Friday, 4 November 2016, without holding a session, based on obtained permits of the majority of members of the Government, in accordance with the Article 10 of the Decree on the Government of Montenegro.

According to the Decision, government bonds are issued in order to provide funds to finance the deficit, the capital budget, debt servicing and to create fiscal reserves of the Budget of Montenegro for 2016, by issuing domestic bonds.
