Ministry of Justice: Response to claims made by SDP's Ranko Krivokapić

Podgorica, Montenegro (11 April 2017) -- Ranko Krivokapić from SDP party presented a series of incorrect claims and insults in a programme piece entitled "Replika" broadcasted on the Radio and Television of Montenegro on Monday, 10 April 2017, accusing Minister of Justice Zoran Pažin that he "carried out the persecution on political grounds in the Ministry." Minister Pažin was previously "honored" with this qualification by Andrija Mandić in the same show.

Referring to these accusations, Ranko Krivokapić should publicly disclose who and when was persecuted on political grounds, or should show that he still distinguishes honor and dishonor and give a public apology for the falsehood that he presented.
