Defence Minister Bošković, president of Ukraine Poroshenko: Ukraine will use Montenegrin experience in Euro-Atlantic integration process

Ukraine, Kiev (24 August 2017) – Defence Minister Predrag Bošković met yesterday with president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko for talks on bilateral relations between the two countries.
President Poroshenko congratulated Montenegro on NATO membership, adding that his country will use Montenegrin example in pursuing the Euro-Atlantic path.
Voicing belief that more Ukrainian citizens will visit Montenegro in the near future, president Poroshenko thanked Minister Bošković for Montenegro's support in difficult moment and sensitive issues for Ukraine during the recent past.
Minister Bošković highlighted that Montenegro will continue supporting European aspirations of Ukraine, as well as NATO's open door policy which was once again confirmed by Montenegro's recent membership in the Alliance.
