Press release: International Investment Arbitration

The Government of Montenegro is involved in international investment arbitration with Addiko Bank AG before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). During the pendency of arbitration, the Government will not be issuing any public statements about the dispute.

Montenegro continues to encourage and is committed to maintaining favourable conditions for foreign direct investment.
