PM Marković starts official visit to Azerbaijan

Baku, Azerbaijan (24 June 2019) -- Prime Minister of Montenegro Duško Marković started his official visit to Azerbaijan by laying wreaths at the tomb of founder of modern Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev and at the Eternal Flame monument.

The Eternal Flame monument.was erected to commemorate the victims of the "Black January" clash in 1990, when the Soviet army had quenched the protests in Baku. On that occasion, about 150 people were killed.
