Prime Minister Zeljko Sturnovic and Foreign Minister Milan Rocen will be unable to attend the 56th Annual National Prayer Breakfast on February 7 this year in Washington for justifiable reasons. With words of appreciation, Foreign Minister Rocen duly notified Congressmen Enzi and Salazar and the US Embassy in Podgorica in writing.
