"Apropose the statement of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State Union Serbia and Montenegro, Mr. Svilanovic, given today to the Montenegrin news agency MINA, I wish to point out that our Ministry is constantly and seriously focused on all important and strategic issues from the foreign affaires. In my opinion, we do that very efficiently, trying to protect Montenegrin interests as well as Serbian, off course... "
