Contract signing regarding rights transfer on meeting the minimal technical and functional characteristics of fiscal register tills and taxation terminals

In accordance with jurisdictions from Article 16 of this Provision, regarding fiscal register use and registration methods for goods transfers, i.e. transfers of services using fiscal register tills (Official Gazette of Montenegro, no. 27/08), the Ministry of finance has, together with the University of Montenegro and University of technical engineering from Podgorica, signed a Contract regarding authorization transfer on meeting the minimal technical and functional characteristics of fiscal register tills and taxation terminals. The Contract was signed for a three-year period by the Finance minister, Igor Lukšić PhD and Prof Goran Ćulafić PhD, dean of the Faculty for technical engineering, with the possibility of its extension.
