Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic has sent out a telegram of congratulations to the Montenegrin Football Association, coach Zlatko Kranjcar and the players on their great success in the Euro 2012 qualifier so far, thanking them for the joy they brought to the football fans and the people of Montenegro.
