At the invitation of the National Coalition for Decentralisation, Prime Minister Dritan Abazović will deliver a lecture on electoral reform titled "From Democracy to Authoritarianism and Back" on 25 September 2023, at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.
