Gjeloshaj opens first RE:D Conference in Montenegro

Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Policy and Minister of Economic Development Nik Gjeloshaj officially opened the first RE:D Conference in Montenegro, organized by Web Media Group, the portal Bankar.me, and HESA Group.

In his address to the participants, Gjeloshaj emphasized the government’s commitment to creating a transparent, predictable, and efficient regulatory framework that encourages responsible and credible investors to invest in Montenegro, while also safeguarding the interests of citizens, local communities, and the environment.

He highlighted that tourism is a strategic pillar of Montenegro’s economy, generating new jobs and expanding the range of products and services.

To ensure its long-term sustainability, we must develop tourism on solid, sustainable foundations—offering quality, authenticity, and preservation of our natural and cultural resources, said Deputy Prime Minister and Minister Gjeloshaj.
