A delegation of the Ministry of Finance, led by Minister Novica Vuković, will take part in the 11th Session of the Conference of the Parties (COP11) to the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC) from 17 to 22 November 2025 in Geneva, Switzerland.
