Press conference on the Non-Paper on the Rule of Law

The Ministry of European Affairs is organizing a press conference on Friday, 12 June 2026, at which the European Commission’s document, the Non-Paper on the Rule of Law, will be presented.

The press conference will be held at the Press Centre of the Government of Montenegro, starting at 11:30 a.m.

The findings of the European Commission’s informal document will be presented by:

• Predrag Zenović, Chief Negotiator of Montenegro with the European Union
• Biljana Papović, State Secretary at the Ministry of European Affairs
• Jelena Grdinić, Head of the Negotiating Working Group for Chapter 23
• Jovana Mijović, Head of the Negotiating Working Group for Chapter 24

The Public Information Department of the Governemnt of Montenegro will provide photo and video materials to the media.

Media representatives who do not hold annual accreditation for 2026 may apply for accreditation via https://www.gov.me/en/press no later than tomorrow (Friday, 12 June) by 11:00 a.m.
