Project “Development of collaborative learning environment in Montenegro (DEV-CLEinMNE)

Within the project “Development of collaborative learning environment in Montenegro (DEV-CLEinMNE)”, the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation built on two years of intensive work as the National Coordinator for the European Agenda for Adult Learning. The action strengthened adult learning systems, expanded access to trusted and flexible programmes (including micro-credentials), and supported vulnerable and low-skilled adults nationwide.

The project focused on digital and environmental literacy, collaborative learning environments, and systematic cooperation with national and EU stakeholders. Entering its final implementation phase, the consortium consolidated results into practical tools, partnerships and models designed for long-term use by providers, employers and policy makers. This project is funded by the European Union.
