Request for prequalification

Ministry of Capital Investments announces request for prequalification for tender for application of energy efficiency measures in following buildings:

• Lot 1 - Construction of Nursing Home “Grabovac” Risan, Building H (Cluster I)
• Lot 2- Rehabilitation and Modernization of Three School Facilities (Cluster III)

“Srednja ekonomsko-ugostiteljska škola i zgrada univerziteta DIF” in Nikšić

“Prva srednja stručna škola i Srednja stručna škola” in Nikšić

 High school "25. maj" in Tuzi

Construction works have been planed within the project “Promoting energy efficiency in Public buildings – Greening Public Infrastructure”.

The project will be financed by KfW bank (loan), EU (grant) and from budget of Government of Montenegro.

Submission deadline is 15/06/2022, 12(noon).
