The Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development of the North announces a public announcement for the submission of bids for the Design and Printing of the Montenegrin and English versions of the “Fourth National Communication and First Biennial Transparency Report (FNC and BTR)”on the project "Development of the Fourth National Communication and the First Biennial Transparency Report of Montenegro to the UNFCCC” (FNC BTR).

Briefly about the project

The Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Northern Development has prepared the Fourth National Communication (FNC) and the First Transparency Report (FTR) on the progress and activities of Montenegro in relation to climate change. The aim of this initiative was to provide a comprehensive and transparent assessment of the country's efforts in addressing climate change, as well as to ensure the integration of gender perspectives in the reports and fulfill its obligations under the Convention.

How to apply

Attached is the Request for Quotation (RfQ), which includes detailed information on the procedure for submitting the proposal, an overview of the task, necessary references, and evaluation criteria.

Based on the RfQ, it is necessary to submit the application by filling in Annex 4, which is provided as a proposal for the offer form, and it is possible to change the form according to the needs of your company's offer presentation.

The offer must be submitted in English.

Evaluation of applications

The evaluation of received applications will be carried out by the expert commission of the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development of the North.

Conclusion of the contract

The Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development of the North will sign a contract with the selected company/consortium after the evaluation of applications by the Ministry's expert committee.

Method of submission of applications

The application with complete documentation, in Montenegrin and English, is sent exclusively electronically no later than July 21, 2024 by 10:00 a.m. to the e-mail address andrijanacukovic@gmail.com.
