The previous year was marked by intensive cooperation between the Ministry of Economy and the Government of Montenegro. We worked on system solutions and on a daily basis tried to solve the problems encountered by businesspersons. The Ministry of Economy has prepared a Law on Business Companies that is in the process of harmonisation with the European Commission. The law will allow exemption of the Assembly when it comes to single-member limited liability companies and for multi-member ones will be retained.
