Within the Annual Action Plan for Montenegro for 2024, a new grant scheme was approved for the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation.
The Annual Action Plan for 2024 was adopted in July 2024. The Financial Agreement was signed in December 2024.
The preparation of new IPA III programmes for the 2021–2027 period will be based, in accordance with the Economic and Investment Plan for the Western Balkans.
