Sixth Session of the Bureau for Operational Coordination Was Held

Sixth Session of the Bureau for Operational Coordination and harmonization of the work of the bodies constituting the security and intelligence sector, chaired by the Vice President of the Government and the Bureau Coordinator, Duško Marković, was held today.

In the session, the Bureau was introduced with information and assessments of the competent bodies regarding current security situation in the country, having in mind developments on the regional level, as well as potential challenges against security of Montenegro in the context of potential terrorist threats and challenges.

It was concluded that the interdepartmental cooperation of bodies constituting the security and intelligence sector and the law-enforcement bodies is on high level, especially when it is about the activities conducted with the aim of keeping the security situation stable and providing safe and secure ambiance in Montenegro, which will be also the priority in the work of the Bureau for Operational Coordination and competent institutions in the forthcoming period.
