Third Round of the Educational Program for Acquiring Key Human Resources Management Competencies Launched Yesterday

Director of the Human Resources Management Authority Svetlana Vuković gave an address at the opening ceremony of the Educational program for acquiring key human resources management competencies, reflecting on the mission of HRMA – people are the most important resource and that only by investing in them we can get a system capable of tackling all challenges. Deputy Director Đuro Nikač was speaking about the significance of the Program in the area of human resources management, that is, the recruitment, human resources planning and performance appraisal of civil servants, while Deputy Director Jadranka Đurković underlined the importance of life-long learning and professional development of all employees in state and local self-government administration.
