CONDITIONS FOR THE ISSUING OF THE PERMIT FOR THE PROVISION OF RAFTING SERVICES AS A TOURISM ACTIVITY

Business entities, other legal entities and entrepreneurs who intend to provide rafting services as a tourist activity are obliged to submit to this Ministry, as the relevant authority for the issuing of work permits, in accordance with Article 37 of the Law on Rafting (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, no. 53/11, 53/16 and 57/16), the following:

1. Written application containing information on the following:
- title and seat, and/or name and surname, unique master citizen number and address of service provider;
- data on type of service and rafting boat, and/or raft.

2. Certificate on acquired national professional qualification for a guide of a raft or boat, and/or the IRF licence for at least one person.

3. Certified copy/copies:
- Liability insurance for damage caused to third parties, and
- Insurance policy of the beneficiary.

4. Proof of:
- registration of business entity, other legal entity or entrepreneur (certificate from Central Registry of Business Entities),
- permit for boat sailing (issued by the Port Authority) and
- certificate on harmonisation with navigation safety rules (issued by the Maritime Safety Department)
obtained by the Ministry ex officio

5. Proof of payment of the administrative fee to the account of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism no. 832-31614150-79 (Law on Administrative fees, tariff number 4) in the amount of 2 euros

6. Completed form for entry into the Central Tourism Register (CTR)
