CONDITIONS FOR THE ISSUING OF THE PERMIT FOR THE PROVISION OF (WORK) ACTIVITY ON A SKI RESORT

The provision of services in a ski resort shall be performed in accordance with the conditions set out in the Law on Ski Resorts (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, no. 13/07 and the “Official Gazette of Montenegro”, no. 14/11, 21/14 and 44/17). The applicant (business entity, other legal entity or entrepreneur) shall submit to this Ministry, as the competent authority for the issuing of work permits for ski resorts, the following:

1. Written application containing the following information:
- Title and seat of business entity;
- Tax identification number (registration number);
- Title and address of ski resort for which the permit to perform the activity is requested;
- Contact phone number.

2. Proof of registration of the business entity, other legal entity or entrepreneur (Certificate from the Central Registry).

3. To prove ownership rights or the right to disposal or use of the hospitality facility constructed in accordance with the construction regulations:
- public document (immovable property certificate) and
- document of legal transaction concluded in accordance with the law (certified contract, etc.) in case of use or disposition of a hospitality facility

4. Excerpt from spatial planning documents for the land designated for the purpose of ski resort (Article 4 of the Law)

5. Proof of compliance with technical conditions on testing of steel cables and electrical installations – opinion (study or opinion/expert finding) – to be issued by authorised entities.

6. Proof of provision of certain services in the ski resort: (Articles 33, 36, 40 and 41 of the law)
- Rescue service (at least two rescuers with authorised certificates);
- First aid service (provision of a doctor in the ski resort or a doctor on stand-by);
- Order keeping service in the ski resort and attendant service

7. Proof of conclusion of agreement on insurance of skiers and other direct users of the ski resort (Article 8 of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Ski Resorts – “Official Gazette of Montenegro”, no. 21/14).

8. Proof of payment of the administrative fee to the account of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism no. 832-31614150-79) in the amount of 2 euros

9. Completed form for entry into the Central Tourism Register (CTR)

Determining the compliance with the conditions with regards to the set-up, maintenance, equipment and provision of services in the ski resort shall be performed by the authorised person from the Ministry (Article 7 of the Law)
