Abazović: May the symbolism of Eid al-Adha encourage us to build a better and safer future for all our children

May the symbolism of the sacrifice associated with Eid al-Adha encourage us as individuals and society to rise above average and make sacrifices for the ideal of a civil Montenegro, a society of peace, tolerance and prosperity, in order to build a better and safer future for all our children, said Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazović on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

Abazović states that Montenegro, as a multi-religious and multicultural society, cherishes civilizational values which are the greatest spiritual wealth of the state.

It is our obligation to preserve and nurture such values. I congratulate all followers of Islam on Eid al-Adha, wishing you to spend it in peace and health, with friends and family and that this important holiday brings you love, happiness and harmony, the Deputy Prime Minister's congratulatory message reads.
