Bečić extends congratulations to Vanja Ćalović on the Giorgio Ambrosoli Award

On the occasion of being awarded the prestigious Italian Giorgio Ambrosoli Award, presented under the patronage of the President of Italy in recognition of integrity and professionalism in upholding the rule of law, I extend my congratulations to Ms. Vanja Ćalović, Executive Director of the Network for Affirmation of the NGO Sector (MANS).

This distinguished international award bears the name of Giorgio Ambrosoli, a man whose life and work have become a symbol of the fight against all forms of crime and corruption, and of the unwavering commitment to legality and the rule of law.

I am convinced that strengthening the rule of law, combating crime and corruption, and building accountable and resilient institutions are among the key priorities of our society and a shared objective of all those who seek a European and well-governed Montenegro, where law and justice prevail over any individual interest. The contribution that Ms. Ćalović has made since the founding of MANS, through her work over the past decades, represents an important part of that journey.
