Bečić: Montenegro to host the 2028 European Volleyball Championship

Wonderful news from the European Volleyball Confederation. Montenegro will host the Men's European Volleyball Championship (EuroVolley) in 2028!

This will undoubtedly be a year that will be written in golden letters in Montenegrin history. The Men's European Volleyball Championship. Podgorica as the European Youth Capital for 2028. Montenegro as the 28th member of the European Union in 2028.

I am proud that the idea we promoted and developed at the meeting with the President of the CEV and the leaders of the national volleyball federations of Montenegro, Serbia and Croatia a year ago has reached its successful conclusion and realization. Montenegro is writing some of its finest European chapters across many fields. Congratulations to President Kažić and the proactive leadership of the Volleyball Federation of Montenegro.
