Certificates awarded and sixth cycle of strategic planning training programme launched

The Secretariat General of the Government of Montenegro, in cooperation with the Human Resources Administration, formally marked the launch of the sixth cycle of the Training Programme for Strategic Planning for civil servants. During the ceremony, certificates were awarded to participants who successfully completed the previous cycle, officially closing one phase and inaugurating the next.

The programme aims to strengthen the strategic planning capacities of public administration.

Speaking on behalf of the Secretariat General of the Government, Irena Vućić Popović, Deputy Secretary-General, congratulated the graduates and emphasized the importance of continuous investment in knowledge and professional development within the civil service.

It is a great honor to address you today at this ceremony, which holds special significance—not only for those of you who have successfully completed the previous cycle, but for all of us who understand the value of investing in knowledge and continuous professional growth. Strategic planning is an ongoing process that requires expertise, dedication, and the ability to adapt to new challenges and demands. The certificates you are receiving today are not just a recognition of your efforts, but also an encouragement to continue your path of professional development. Investing in knowledge is always an investment in the future—both your personal future and that of the public administration and society as a whole, said Vućić Popović.

The ceremony also featured remarks from Almedina Vukić Martinović, Assistant Secretary-General of the Government, and Zemka Striković, Assistant Director of the Human Resources Administration. Both underscored the importance of such programmes in reinforcing administrative capacity and improving the quality of strategic documents throughout public administration.
