DPM's Office supports amendments to the Law on Medically Assisted Reproduction

Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazović fully supports the amendments of the Women's MP Group at the Parliament of Montenegro to the Law on Medically Assisted Reproduction and their quick adoption, it was announced after today's meeting between DPM's Legal Adviser Ivo Šoć and Director of the Foundation "I have the right to be a mother too" Žana Mihaljević and Vesna Samardžić.

The state must provide the best conditions for the treatment of infertility, as well as financial support through the health system. The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister considers that such initiatives are important for the whole society and require support from all political entities.

The meeting noted that the obligation of the state is to deal with the problem of the "white plague" in Montenegro through this and other methods.
