Pursuant to the Law on Electronic Identification and Electronic Signature, the Ministry of Public Administration is obliged to keep and publicly publish registers, records and lists.

Notice:

In order to implement the Agreement on cross-border recognition of electronic trust services and electronic identification schemas between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the published version of the Trust List of Montenegro will be tested in the period from April 12 to May 25, 2024. The same can be used unhindered as before when it comes to electronic trust service providers registered in the Records of electronic trust service providers and the Register of qualified electronic trust service providers maintained and publicly published by the Ministry of Public Administration in accordance with the Law on Electronic Identification and Electronic Signature.
