Ibrahimović emphasized the importance of maintaining consistent and meaningful communication with members of the diplomatic corps in various formats, including traditional annual gatherings aimed at fostering closer insight into the cooperation and development potential across all regions of Montenegro. He expressed satisfaction that this year’s event took place in Rožaje—a town of diversity, openness, and opportunity.

He highlighted the Government’s commitment to ambitious development strategies aimed at making the natural beauty and resources of this region more accessible—not only to the citizens of Montenegro, but to the wider region as well. He underscored the Government's dedication to improving infrastructure and implementing major capital projects that will support more balanced regional development and better connectivity between the north of the country and the rest of Montenegro and neighboring states.

The gathering was also addressed by President of the Municipality of Rožaje Rahman Husović, who stated that the presence of the members of the diplomatic corps was not only an honor but also a powerful incentive for continued progress and cooperation. He stressed the importance of joint efforts in building a more prosperous and modern society.

As part of the program, guests visited an exhibition commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide.

A culture of remembrance must be a core value for all of us—not only as a warning and a responsibility, but as a foundation upon which we build a more compassionate and wiser future, Ibrahimović stated.
