Krivokapić, Novalić: Cooperation in all areas of mutual interest should be intensified

Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić met today in Sarajevo with Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH Fadil Novalić. The meeting noted that the visit of the Prime Minister of Montenegro to Bosnia and Herzegovina will give a strong impetus to even better bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

Prime Minister Krivokapić expressed his satisfaction with his visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina. "This is my first official visit to the region as Prime Minister. I am glad to be in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I believe that Montenegro can provide support on your integration path. I came to offer that support and confirm the determination of the Government of Montenegro to remain a factor in preserving stability and progress in the region," said the Prime Minister.

Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH Fadil Novalić thanked the Prime Minister of Montenegro for his visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as for his readiness to provide support to BiH on behalf of the Government of Montenegro. He said that the common history additionally encourages both BiH and Montenegro to continue cooperation in the future, and that he is looking forward to starting infrastructure projects.

The two officials agreed that it is necessary to intensify cooperation in all areas of mutual interest, especially in the field of infrastructure, energy, water management, tourism, agriculture and forestry.

Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management in the Government of Montenegro Aleksandar Stijović, as well as the Federal Ministers of Agriculture, Finance, and Labour and Social Policy, Šemsudin Dedić, Jelka Miličević and Vesko Drljača also attended the meeting.
