Minister Gjeka to take part in Second international conference on returning Ukrainian children, detained civilians and prisoners of war

Minister of Human and Minority Rights Fatmir Gjeka will participate in the Second International Conference on Returning Ukrainian Children, Detained Civilians and Prisoners of War, which will take place in Toronto on 28 - 29 September 2026. Minister Gjeka will participate in the plenary session scheduled for the delivery of national statements.
