Monteput to sponsor early market engagement webinar regarding construction project for Smokovac - Tološi highway section

In accordance with the requirements and procedures of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Monteput LLC Podgorica will sponsor an Early Market Engagement (EME) Webinar as part of the preparation for the implementation of the Smokovac–Tološi highway section project, which represents the next phase in the development of Montenegro's priority transport infrastructure.

The webinar will be held on 10 July 2026, starting at 12:00 CET, via the Zoom platform, and will be conducted in the English language.

The Early Market Engagement provides an opportunity for potential contractors, consultants, technical partners and other interested stakeholders to gain insight into the project's scope, technical requirements and the proposed delivery model before the formal procurement process is launched.

The project involves the construction of the Smokovac–Tološi highway section (Podgorica Bypass), with a total length of 10.5 km, forming part of the development of the TEN-T Route 4 / Bar–Boljare Highway Corridor. The project is planned to be implemented under the Design & Build contract based on the FIDIC Yellow Book (1999) Conditions of Contract.

The project funding is intended to be provided by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), European Investment Bank (EIB) and the Government of Montenegro. The procurement process will be conducted in accordance with the EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules.
