PM Spajić to pay a working visit to France for patrol vessel launch ceremony

Prime Minister Milojko Spajić will pay a working visit to France on 11 September 2026 on the occasion of the launch ceremony of a patrol vessel.

The launch of the first of two patrol vessels being procured from the French shipbuilding company KERSHIP represents an important step towards completing the largest bilateral defence project between Montenegro and France. The project also underscores the strategic partnership between the two countries, with defence as its first pillar. Construction of the vessels officially began on 24 April 2025, while completion is expected in 2027.
