Portfolio Management (PfM²) Training Successfully Completed in the Transport Sector

The Portfolio Management (PfM²) Training was successfully completed with the award of certificates and the presentation of practical solutions developed throughout the programme, organised for representatives of institutions involved in the planning and implementation of projects in the transport sector. The training programme, which commenced in February 2026 and concluded on 12 June 2026, was delivered through a series of sessions aimed at strengthening capacities in project, programme, and portfolio management.
During the final session, participants presented the solutions developed throughout the training and exchanged experiences on their application in day-to-day work. The knowledge and practical tools acquired during the programme will contribute to more effective planning, prioritisation, and management of projects in the transport sector.
The programme concluded with a summary of key findings and recommendations, followed by the award of certificates to participants.
The training was delivered within the framework of the project “Technical Assistance for Capacity Building and Improved Legal Harmonization, Performance and Efficiency Within the Transport Sector in Montenegro”, funded by the European Union.
The project is implemented by a consortium led by DAI Global Belgium, in partnership with GIZ and ENOVA, with the support of the European Union.
