When to call 122?

If you want to contact the police, by calling 122, the call will be taken by the officers of the Duty Service of the Regional Units or Field Offices, who will receive a report on one of the possible security events, such as:

• if personal and property security is endangered;
• if someone is in imminent danger or there is a risk of destruction or damage to property;
• in cases of criminal offenses - murder, attempted murder, robbery, theft, rape and other criminal offenses;
• accidents, explosions, sabotage, fires, natural disasters;
• destruction or damage to state property, business facilities, cultural and historical monuments;
• violations of public order and peace;
• traffic accidents;
• conditions and state on the roads when there is a danger for traffic participants;
• other events and phenomena in the field of security.
